Miista will do it’s best to keep the website as up to date as possible. However we cannot guarantee that items shown will still be available. Once Miista has received your order request it will be processed within 2 working days, subject to availability.
If items you have ordered are out of stock, we will endeavour to contact you through the email you provided when placing the order. If we cannot contact you, or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order.
We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority.
In order to take your payment we will transfer you to our Credit Card processing service provided by PayPal.
Payments can be made securely online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners or Maestro Cards.
Please note that we do not store customer’s credit card details within our website database.

Any taxes or duty fees incurred by shipping to overseas addresses are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from Miista.
We would like to ensure your complete satisfaction with the items you have bought. If however you wish to return or exchange your purchase from miista.com you must follow the below guidelines:
Ensure that the item being returned is in perfect condition with all tags and labels attached and there must be no marks on the items.
Returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its good condition and without postal labels.
Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee.
Obtain a Return Authorisation Code by contacting info @ miista.com and return to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Post the item you wish to return together will the completed Return Authorisation Code to:

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we would advise you to send it by registered mail or any postage that requires signing upon delivery.
The cost of returning the item to us is also your responsibility.
We will issue you a refund (including original shipping charge) on receipt of the return or exchange the item for a different size or colour if preferred.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the UK may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
If you refuse a shipment from Miista, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Miista. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Please email your shipping and handling questions or comments to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to return a sale item purchased from miista.com the same process and conditions apply as stated above.
Terms and conditions Twitter campaign:
1.During the twitter campaign the maximum of pairs permitted is one pair per customer and
Pay Pal account or credit/debit card.
2.Customers are restricted to tweeting only one product during the campaign.
3.The campaign is finishing on the 13th of January, subject to stock availability.
4.All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
5.Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations
made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting
from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
6.Refunds and returns are not permitted during this sale period.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact info @ miista.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from date of purchase to send the faulty item to us.

In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. All payment card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

These measures are taken as extra protection for you, to ensure your online shopping experience with us is as safe and secure as possible.
