When does David Lynch sleep? We're not sure, he's a man that does things. Latest on the list is a women's activewear collection. He's collaborated with a company called Live The Process that talks about holistic health and wholeness, which are probably much easier to achieve with cute sports bras that push your boobs underneath your chin. Jokes aside, it's not difficult to see how good-looking workout clothes could improve someone's exercise routine. Ours of course mainly consists of running late but we're creative people and can imagine the benefits. Unless you're a fitness blogger posing on Instagram, odds are you sweat like everyone else while exercising, so there's no harm in wanting to do that in nicer looking stuff. Granted, comfort comes first but no one is asking for heavy 3D embellishments or couture inspired extravaganza - some simple play with nice colours and prints is all it takes. It's time for form to follow function and Lynch definitely has that down. The rooftop lookbook is just as lovely as the blue-white-grey print of the garments, and the model's bob and killer cheekbones keep it all very Lynch. The collaboration isn't totally out of the blue at all as David Lynch has been practising transcendental meditation for decades. He's no stranger to the connection between mind and body. You can get the clothes from here. Definitely not the cheapest stuff you could get but maybe ordering $185 geometric leggings a la David Lynch will be an additional motivation to hit that Monday evening yoga class. Just maybe. And, it doesn't end with looking rad while getting fit either - a portion of the cost is donated to victims of abuse. Change begins from within, but it's doubly nice if it doesn't end with oneself.
