The Overcoat: A Quick Overview of What You Should Know about NYFW SS16 Collections
Alas, Fashion Week has come around again; but this time, we're doing things differently with The Overcoat: The shell of quick trends and our favourite looks from Fashion Week. This year, the big apple brought us Kendall Jenner for Michael Kors, Opening Ceremony's intentionally klutzy runway, and Candice Swanepoel's actual fall during Givenchy, Misha Nonoo's Instashow, amongst many other things. Regarding SS16 trends across runways, we covered the core four: Deep, Deep V Necks, High Slit Skirts, Fur, and Stripes. Deep, Deep V Necks:
This year, necklines plunged almost as far as China's economy a few weeks prior. Take a look at some of the hurling V's that drifted down NYFW runways.

Among deep V's, we also spotted sliced hemlines. Skirts and dresses skated a high rise up models' legs. Here are some of the sky-high slits:
