Place the tape measure around your bust/ chest making sure it is placed at the highest bust point and your arms are down.

Place the tape measure around your widest hip point making sure you have your feet together and you are standing straight.

For boots and other closed shoes, measure the instep similarly to how the width has been measured. For sandals measuring the instep is not necessary.

Measure the length of the foot from your heel to your toes.

Place the tape measure around the narrower part of your waist.

Measure the width by circling around the widest part of your foot.
