Founded in 1990, City Slang is an independent international record label representing over 40 artists spanning a wide range of styles that helped shape the last three decades of alternative music. Music and subculture influence every Miista collection. And we pride ourselves on being an independent brand. We really wanted to reach out to City Slang, nourishers of new talent and supporters of the alternative. Continuing our dedication to The Opposite Thing. 

To mark our first ever Berlin pop-up we have prepared something very special. We will be hosting a whole series of events in partnership with City Slang. Not only will we be bringing over our AW22 collection of footwear, clothing and accessories for you to touch, try, play with, and shop for an entire month. Think weekly DJ sets, resident Tattoo artists, collaborations with local artists and Miista talks - a panel of discussion on music & fashion with sister & brother Miista founders Laura & Pablo Villasenin with City Slang. Ever wanted to learn how to DJ? Well, we will be hosting DJ masterclasses at a variety of levels. And of course signature Miista launch parties.

We are so excited for our trip to Berlin to meet our Miista Berlin community (and maybe a trip to Berghain). As the past few years have taught us, there is nothing like being together in person. That is why the London Miista team is coming over. We can't wait to have a drink with you and expand our Miista family in Berlin.
