Please note that we do not store customers’ credit card details within our website database.

Klarna T&Cs:

Orders placed with Klarna can only be returned for a refund. If the order is returned in full, your Klarna invoice will be cancelled, and any funds paid towards the invoice will be refunded. If you have made a partial return, a new updated invoice will be sent to you by email by Klarna. If you wish to exchange for a new size, item, or colour, please return your current item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the new item(s) with your preferred payment method.

Taxes and Duty Fees

United Kingdom, European Union and Canada - Taxes or duty fees incurred by shipping are covered by Miista.

United States - taxes or duty fees on all orders below $800 are covered by Miista.

Rest of the world (including Switzerland and Norway) - local fees for duties apply to the customer.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders take 1-2 working days to be processed at our warehouse before being sent out.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. This email contains a tracking link for you to follow the progress of your shipment.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from the time you received the shipping confirmation email before the link is active.

Delivery times depend on the destination:

• Delivery within the UK takes 2 to 3 working days.

• EU, US and International deliveries take 3 to 5 working days.

During busy sales periods deliveries may take up to 6 working days longer than usual.
